Our staff makes the difference
Carleen M. Rubel is a native of Michigan. She and her husband, Lance, moved to Evansville in 1993. Carleen earned her BS in nursing, with a minor in psychology, from Oakland University in Rochester, MI in 1986. She received her master's degree as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from USI in 2005. She went on to complete a second master's degree from USI as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2008.
Shannon L. Kratzer earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Indiana University Southeast in 1995. She graduated from the USI family nurse practitioner program in May 2009. As a registered nurse, she has over fifteen years of experience in intensive care, emergency medicine, and family practice. Shannon is particularly interested in preventive care, women's health and ultrasound-guided orthopedic injections. Shannon enjoys all aspects of family practice.
Elise R. Schutt is a native of Southern Indiana. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from University of Southern Indiana in 2006. She graduated from the USI family nurse practitioner program in May 2010. As a registered nurse, she has experience in pulmonary medical-surgical background as well as pediatrics and pediatric intensive care. Elise particularly loves preventative medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, and all aspects of family medicine.
Lyndsey Hansen, our newest family nurse practitioner, and a native of Henderson, Kentucky, earned her A.S. in Nursing in 2006 from Henderson Community College and her BSN in 2008 from Murray State University. She recently completed her MSN and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana’s Family Nurse Practitioner program in May 2018. Lyndsey’s nursing background includes medical-surgical, pediatric, pediatric ICU, and patients of all ages.
Dr. Judi Brezausek, MD
Dr Brezausek is board certified in family medicine. She has thirty years experience in her area of specialty.
Her family practice is located in Newburgh Indiana.
